Leadership

Bala has worked with SAP India Pvt Ltd. from 2003 to 2006. He was responsible for industry verticals which include Consumer Products & Retail and BFSI. During his tenure, he was part of the executive management team at SAP India. Until late 2007, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of a mid size SAP Services company with a strength of 350 consultants. He has managed over 40 end to end implementations and support engagements. He was the Managing Director of a managed services start up which grew to 200 employees under his leadership with capabilities in SAP, Oracle, Dot Net and J2EE platforms . He has successfully delivered products and projects to clients in the southern states of India until July 2009.
